PolyJet 3D Collaborative
Project
First fashion project in South Korea utilizing PolyJet 3D printing, a collaboration between Rick Rhe and Stratasys. PolyJet 3D printing involves directly spraying liquid photopolymer resin onto fabric surfaces and curing it with UV light to solidify the material.
The project, "Hangul Blooms," draws inspiration from Hangul typography and Munjado, using the formative features of Hangul fonts for 3D textile designs. It combines the Hangul character for "flower" with floral patterns to create visual delight.
